Terms of Service
Within the framework of M365 Service Management, Swisscom relies on automation technologies. The apps serve to standardise and automate service management. The apps in connection with the Swisscom Management Framework enables the tenant configuration to be initialised in a standardised manner and kept in the life cycle. Necessary changes can be implemented promptly and comprehensibly.
Customer’s duty to cooperate: In order for Swisscom to be able to provide the service in accordance with the service description, the automation apps must be registered on the corresponding customer tenant and the necessary rights must be approved.
The Swisscom Automation Framework and thus the automation apps are used for the following Swisscom services:
- M365 Foundation
- M365 Management from Swisscom
- M365 Phone System Management
- M365 Endpoint Management
- M365 Backup as a Service
- Threat Detection and Response
- MCC Microsoft
- Enterprise Workspace
- Microsoft XDR as a Service
In all other respects, the provisions of the associated service descriptions and contracts for the products listed above shall apply.
Privacy Statement
The M365 automation apps are used exclusively for service management with the following services.

Swisscom uses the data used exclusively for the provision of services in accordance with the service description.
