The Swisscom ServiceDesk Integration is needed for customers who have an integration to the Swisscom Service Desk support. With this integration the Swisscom’s internal application used by Service Desk agents will access the customer’s Microsoft tenant in order to read information about the users and their devices related to support cases.
By onboarding the Swisscom M365 BIL Servicedesk app, you allow the Swisscom Service Desk’s internal application to read information about users and their devices from the customer tenant.
